I made the last part up–but I’m sure it’s on his list. Self-proclaimed eco-celebrity and all around nice guy (whose latest venture is being chronicled by a team of documentary film-makers), Tod Brilliant, is heading to LA for the launch of the crazy, sexy, cool new mag, Good Magazine. What is Good Mag?

“GOOD, a new voice in media, embraces this generation’s merger of capitalism and idealism. We provide an entertaining, thought-provoking, cultural platform for those who want to do well by doing good…Our mission is to stimulate the culture of good by creating dialogue around things that matter.”

These things are important to Tod. A man I respect as much for his creative spin on declaring fame as I do for the things he believes in. We need more Tods (though the extra ‘d’ would be helpful…I keep spelling it wrong) and more celebrity warriors in our midst to wade through the crap of modern society and get to the things compassionate, important, and honorable of our short time here. You can read more about Brilliant’s rise to fame here. (Remember, Tod, should Keira Knightley call, drop my name.)
